Steven Spielberg's most famous extra terrestrial - ET - has appeared on a security fence in Lincolnshire.
The apparition of the famous googly-eyed alien was formed on the high security fencing during a thunderstorm and was spotted by Jackie Wollaston, of Gainsborough, while she was hanging out her washing.
When probed about the alien look-a-like by journalists, Mrs Wollaston said: "I couldn't believe it when I saw it.
"This shape just appeared in the wood, and it looked just like ET."
"When my son came downstairs he pointed out a similar shape a bit further down," she added.
The high security fencing was erected in the Wollaston's garden six months ago, however the ET likeness appeared on the fence only recently.
In 2007, commuters in Sydney claimed that an image of Jesus could be seen in a white security fence. Others, however, believed the visage looked more like the late British poet William Shakespeare.
