25 month Automation Guarantee

The Jacksons 25 month Automation Guarantee gives you the peace of mind that your equipment will be maintained in serviceable order for 25 months from the date of installation subject to a service contract being taken out in the second year. In the unlikely event of a breakdown that is not due to acts of vandalism, forced entry or misuse, the faulty part/equipment will be repaired free of charge under the following conditions:

• The automation and access control equipment (hereinafter referred to as the equipment) must be used in accordance with the operating instructions.
• The equipment must not have been modified in any way without approval in writing from us.
• Our engineers must be given access to provide scheduled servicing and maintenance of the equipment during normal working hours defined as 8:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
