Multi Use Games Area | MUGA

With the increasing popularity of enclosed areas to accommodate a variety of outdoor games, we have introduced a range of Multi Use Games Areas that bring our experience and flexibility in the design and manufacture of high quality fencing to this specialist application. Our MUGAs have been designed in line with guidelines published by Sport England in conjunction with the Sports and Play Construction Association (SAPCA).

While much emphasis is given to the playing surface, the surround to the enclosure is equally important in maintaining the flow of play and providing a safe enclose for both players and spectators.

The four styles in our range have been developed to meet different requirements and budgets, but all have been designed to:

• Provide easy access on foot or by wheelchair to the playing area
• Retain balls within the playing area
• Allow supervisors and spectators to view the game safely
• Provide bolt holes to prevent a person from being backed into a corner in bullying situations
• Provide adequate openings for efficient team or game changeovers
