25 year Service Life Guarantee

The Jacksons Service Life Guarantee gives you the peace of mind that your Jacksons fence or gate will be serviceable for 25 years subject to normal maintenance and proper use. Any materials and non wearing parts that fail in service will be replaced free of charge under the following conditions:

• The fencing or gates (hereinafter referred to as the product) must not have been misused or placed in unusual conditions, such as within 100 metres of the sea. If damage is caused by vehicle impact, acts of vandalism, forced entry or other unforeseen acts not associated with the normal use of the product, the guarantee on that part of the product will be invalid until such time as it has been replaced.
• Where the product has been cut, drilled or the substrate exposed to the elements, the steel should be treated immediately with a good quality zinc rich coating.
• The product should be regularly maintained and its surfaces kept free from dirt and corrosive matter for the duration of this guarantee.
• This guarantee covers the cost of replacing defective materials. Consequential costs incurred as a result of replacing materials are excluded.
• This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
