Wiltshire resident could use security fencing following damage to wooden panels

Wiltshire resident could use security fencing following damage to wooden panels
A resident of Wiltshire may consider installing security fencing to border her garden after vandals destroyed the wooden panels that had previously protected her land.

Jackie Wallis, who lives in Devizes, was one of several local residents who saw their fences damaged, with panels pushed over or removed altogether.

The incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday morning (August 2nd) and despite a quick reaction by police, nobody was found, reports thisiswiltshire.co.uk.

Mrs Wallis told the news provider that she was shocked about what had taken place to the property.

"My jaw dropped when I saw the damage. This is awful, mindless vandalism. It looks like a tornado has hit the fence," she explained.

"This is the second time the fence has been damaged – the first time was a couple of years ago."

High security fencing may also be installed in Pitsea following damage by teenagers at a site previously destroyed by fire.
