Jacksons bucks doom and gloom with three new appointments
Jacksons Fencing, the leading designer and manufacturer of perimeter security and access control solutions is bucking the trend for economic doom and gloom with the expansion of its sales support division.
Nicki Higgs joins the business to take up the newly created position of Trade Sales Coordinator. Based at the company’s Stowting headquarters, Nicky’s role will be to work with both new and existing trade accounts to foster positive relations and encourage awareness of the extensive Jacksons portfolio of products and services.
Dave Richards and Des Mcleish, both take up positions as Commercial Field Sales Executives. Dave and Des will also work out of the Stowting office but will be predominantly field based. Their focus will be to make contact with businesses throughout Kent to discuss their fencing and access control requirements, positioning Jacksons as the local supplier of choice.
Commenting on the three new appointments, Chief Executive Richard Jackson says, “We have been delighted with the company’s performance over the last twelve months but we remain mindful of the fact that the current economic landscape represents a challenge for any business and as a result, a proactive and committed approach to generating sales is required. With the company celebrating its 65th anniversary next year, we are also keen to draw upon Jacksons’ proven heritage and established credentials, especially in its home county of Kent”.
