Our range of Security Bollards
Timber bollards
Timber bollards can be the most reliable on the market and at Jacksons we offer a special a Jackcure offer. This means that all timber is specially treated giving them a 25-year guarantee.
They come in a range of sizes to suit the specifications of your requirements. Heights range from 0.9m to 2.4m.
All bollards are stress relieved thanks to a saw cut in the middle of one side. This allows the timber to move as it dries or swells depending on the weather, helping to avoid splits.
Stainless steel bollards
Stainless steel bollards provide ideal demarcation applications and are available at the standard length of 1.5m. However, should you need a taller bollard we are more than happy to provide this.
The barriers come with a domed or sloping top and are produced from 316 grade stainless steel complete with a polished stain finish.
Automated crash rated bollards
Jacksons automated crash rated bollards are designed with care and tested regularly by our team of security experts. The products come in the form of K4, K8 and PAS 68 and are complete with JF Electro Hydraulic power units.
These power points are fully maintained, completed sealed to prevent leakages and all components are in a singular block. The bollards are galvanised as standard, while stainless steel is optional extra.
Automated bollards are ideal for preventing the intrusion of vehicles into secured compounds, great for businesses and other facilities alike.
Hydraulic bollards
These are high-end bollards and Jacksons special J Series represents the best of a generation in control solution. The barriers have been tweaked to introduce a host of design innovations, making them easy to handle and install.
The J Series' performance makes it a market leader and it will represent great value for money over its lifetime. Activated by any access control system or signalling device, the bollards act on command and are a different option from the fixed post or barriers that are used elsewhere.
They can allow access to certain zones around a compound which sees high vehicle flow.
The current range of the J Series is available with a diameter of 275mm and a height of 600mm or 800mm. This can be altered should you require a different size and shape. Having them all operated from a central control panel will allow you to manage the vehicles coming on to a premise.
