According to the Shropshire Star, the problem at the Nettlefords estate in Hadley has been ongoing for four months.
Councillor Pat Smart said one man had a scaffolding pole thrown at him and one resident has their car window smashed by one of the missiles.
Residents want security fencing measuring six foot installed to curb the problems, with the police supporting the proposal.
"One bloke has had a scaffolding pole thrown at him like a javelin. Luckily it didn't hit him," Ms Smart told the newspaper.
"People now want the existing fence there to be extended by 70 metres to provide a barrier between them and the path."
A spokesperson for Telford Police told the newspaper it welcomed any barrier that would "help us stop or disrupt anti-social behaviour in our communities".
Recently, residents in a Lancashire village said they wanted to keep the security fencing they had put up to stop anti-social behaviour.
