Security fencing will be installed at Jewish schools across England as part of a £2 million project.
Michael Gove, the education secretary, has pledged the fund to step up security measures at Jewish schools, the Jewish Chronicle reported.
The money will be paid to 39 voluntary-aided Jewish schools in England through the Community Security Trust (CST).
Previously, parents and the CST provided cash for the security measures, but the government will now pick up the bill.
Extra security fencing, guards and CCTV will be installed.
Mr Gove was quoted by the news provider as saying: "Faith schools make a fantastic contribution to our education system and none more so than Jewish faith schools, which teach children of the importance of ethos, values and a belief in social justice.
"Children and staff should feel safe at school and able to learn in an environment free from any anti-Semitic or racist threats."
Recently, six local authorities won the right to challenge the government's decision to scrap the Building Schools for the Future Programme, which was announced by the education secretary in July this year.
